*Pick-up from Colorado Springs airport (COS) is provided free of charge with the VIP Tour. Travel arrangements can be made from Denver International Airport (DIA) to Colorado Springs at the cost to the VIP tour participant. Participation in the tour is voluntary. All participants assume full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the tour, including but not limited to incidents occurring in or around the tour vehicle. The vehicle used for this tour complies with local safety regulations. All passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times. The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any individual not adhering to safety protocols. The tour may be subject to changes or cancellation due to adverse weather or road conditions. The safety of all participants is the top priority. The tour organizer and driver are not liable for any injury, accident, or loss resulting from participation in this tour, including but not limited to acts of nature, road conditions, or third-party actions. It is recommended that participants carry personal travel or health insurance. The tour vehicle carries the legally required insurance, but this may not cover all personal losses.
