Offer is valid for new buyers on new contracts signed during the month of June 2025 on select quick move-in homes that close by July 30, 2025 and on select dirt start lots that contract by June 30, 2025. To be eligible buyers must execute all sales documents and deliver required deposits no later than June 30, 2025. Promotions must be mentioned at time of contract and are not valid on lot or community transfers, plan changes, contract rewrites, or in conjunction with any other promotions. Homes must close in a timely manner as determined by Challenger Homes. Challenger Homes reserves the right to change or withdraw these promotions at any time and without notice. *Refrigerator, washer, dryer, and blinds are base models. Promotion value shall not exceed a maximum of $3,600 for appliance package and $4,000 for blind package.
*Backyard landscaping package includes rock, sod, and a base sprinkler system. Package may vary by community, lot, and home, may not be available on all homes and may be installed after closing. Availability may vary by community, plan, build status, elevation, and/or location. Value will vary based on lot and yard structure (maximum value of $12,000).
*Lot premiums on select homesites are available only on select lots; the permitted floor plan must be used. Availability may vary by plan, build status, elevation, and/or location. Value will not exceed $25,000.
*New buyers on new contracts on select lots with Challenger Homes, with all sales documentation including contract, signed and required deposit delivered during June 2025, will receive up to $25,000 toward options and upgrades at the Challenger Homes Design Center.
